Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a holistic movement teacher based in the Northern Rivers and I support adults of all ages, including over 50 years, in finding more ease, awareness, and freedom in both the body and mind.
With 20+ years of experience, I’ve gathered a mix of techniques, tools, and insights that I believe can truly make a difference in how you feel day-to-day. My intention is to guide you in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed—creating a space where you feel safe to explore and reconnect with yourself, without pressure or judgment.
Whether it’s moving more freely in your body, calming your mind, or simply connecting more deeply with your inner truth, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore practices that empower you to discover your own well-being and vitality, and find a deeper sense of connection to the present moment.

A little more about me, I’m a teacher and a lifelong student of the body-mind-spirit connection. Originally from Lancashire, UK, I’ve spent over 20 years training in various wellness practices, including Yin Yoga, personal training, and sports injuries. My journey has been shaped by both personal challenges and the guidance of many inspiring teachers, leading me to develop a deep understanding of how movement, awareness, and mindfulness can transform lives.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, empowering them to improve their physical and mental well-being. Through compassionate, trauma-informed guidance, I support others in living with greater vitality, presence, and a deeper sense of self-connection.
